基于ISM的出租车补贴方案对缓解打车难的可行性研究

摘要 文章针对互联网+时代的出租车补贴方案是否有助于缓解打车难,从补贴方案、出租车司机、乘客、外部环境四个角度出发,系统归纳了16个影响打车难易程度的相关要素,并构建解释结构模型分析要素间的逻辑关系。通过Matlab编程,求取打车难易程度影响要素解释结构模型,论证得出乘客返现补贴和司机高峰加价补贴能有效缓解打车难的结论。 For the taxi subsidy programs whether it help or not to alleviate the difficult problem of a taxi in the internet + era,depart from 4 external dimensions: the subsidy scheme,taxi drivers,passengers, we systematically summed up 16 relevant factors affecting the difficulty level of cab catching,and construct a Interpretative Structural Model to analyze the logical relationship among the elements. By applying MATLAB,we developed the affecting factors' Interpretative Structural Model for the difficulty level of cab catching. Evidence demonstrated that the passengers cash subsidies and subsidies for drivers at peak times could effectively alleviate the taxi difficult.
