激素治疗后天麻痹性斜视临床病例分析

4 cases of hormone applied in paralytic strabismus with literature analysis

目的探讨激索治疗麻痹性斜视的临床效果。方法对2012年1月至2014年3月应用激索治疗麻痹性性斜视4例并结文献分析讨论。结果后天麻痹性斜视为眼科常见病，多急性发作，无明显性别差异，大多数是全身性疾病的一种表现。患者会出现复视、混淆视、眩晕、恶心呕吐、眼球运动异常、眼位偏斜等，严重影响患者的工作和生活。该病病因复杂，临床上可分为三类：神经源性、肌源性及机械性。文中4例常规治疗后症状未有改善者，经过适时应用激素治疗后，复视症状明显减轻或消失。结论激素治疗后天麻痹性斜视有一定疗效。

Acquired paralytic strabismus is a common disease of eye diseases. It is an acute dis- ease. It does not have significant gender differences. Most of it is a manifestation of systemic diseas- es. Patients may have some symptoms, such as diplopia, confusion, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, ab- normal eye movements, deviation of eye position and so on. They may affect the patients＇ work and life. The causes of the disease are complex. It can be divided into three categories in clinical. They are neurogenic, sarcous, and machinery causes. In this paper, we apply hormone timely in four pa- tients who did not recover after regular treatments or young patients, and we find their diplopia symptom observably reduce or disappear.
