A Case Study of Functional Assessment on Problem Behaviors in Class with Autism

功能性评估法被广泛运用于特殊儿童问题行为的评估和干预中。研究者运用功能性评估法结合视频分析法,先将视频转化成文字稿,再按照ABC事件记录法进行切割、归纳,明确问题行为及其功能,并分析教师应对问题行为的常用方式。根据分析结果,为将来的干预提供针对性建议。

Functional assessment is widely used to find the cause of problem behavior in special children. In order to explore the problem behaviors and it＇ s function, the researchers applied functional behavioral assessment and video analysis and analysed the common strategies to deal with problem behaviors for teachers. The steps are as follows： converting video tape into script, cutting and instructing the script according to ABC event recording. The suggestions for future intervention are given based on the above analysis.
