特殊教育专业全学习生涯式实践教学体系探讨

摘要 以特殊教育教师的职业素养为导向,尝试构建与特殊教育创新性应用型本科人才培养目标紧密贴合的全学习生涯式实践教学体系,是我国高等特殊师范教育改革的应然选择。特殊教育专业全学习生涯式实践教学体系遵循目标导向、学生主体、动态生成、特色引领、整体优化、科学规范等构建原则,包括目标体系、内容体系、条件与保障体系以及管理与评价体系这四个子系统,可以充分发挥高等特师培养人才、科学研究、服务社会以及文化传承与创新这四项基本职能。 It should be the inevitable choice of higher special normal education reform in our country that trying to build practice teaching system throughout the whole learning career. Guided by the professional quality of special education teachers, this system tries to construct and apply innovative training target to whole learning career of special education major. The new practical teach- ing system includes four subsystems: goal system, content system, condition and guarantee system and management and evalua- tion system. They are guided by the following construction principles: goal orientation, dynamic creation, characteristic leading, overall optimization and scientific norm. They can also give full play to the four basic functions of higher special normal education: talents training, scientific research, serving the society and cultural transmission and innovation.
