摘要
针对天丝和亚麻两种纤维染色性能的差异,试验了活性染料类型、染料用量、染色温度、盐、碱用量以及固色时间等工艺因素对天丝、亚麻纤维活性染料染色同色性的影响。针对HE型活性染料,通过单因素实验和正交实验,优化了染深色工艺。在染料用量3-6%,染色温度70℃,盐用量70g/L,碱用量30g/L,固色时间60min的工艺条件下,对天丝/亚麻混纺织物染深色,能得到良好的同色性及较高的色牢度。
Based on the difference of dyeing properties of flax and Tencel, this paper discusses the the effects of technical factors such as the reactive dye type, the amount, the temperature, the dosage of salt and alkali,and the fixing time, etc. on the homochromatic property for reactive dyes on Tencel/flax knitted fabrics. Based on the HE reactive dye, the dark dyeing process has been optimized by the single factor and the orthogonal experiments. The results show that the dark dyeing of the Tencel/flax knitted fabrics enjoys good homochromatic property and high color fastness in the technical condition with temperature of 70 ℃, 70 g/L salt dosage, 30g/L alkali dosage and the fixing time of 60 minutes.
