摘要
基于目标导向,根据岗位的需要和职业能力的分解、生产作业任务的要求,确定培训目标,进行生产技能培训项目的设计,包括培训作业指导书设计,从保证培训针对性和实用性角度出发,基于PDCA构建企业培训管理体系,规范培训过程,使培训实施及培训考核评价相统一,最终实现生产作业任务完成能力提升达标的过程。
Based on the goal orientation and according to the need of the job position, the decomposition of career ability, and the demand of production operation task, the training objectives should be determined and the production skills training program should be designed, including the training instruction design. In order to guarantee the training pertinence and practicability, enterprise training management system should be built based on the PDCA and the training process should be standardized so as to unify the training implementation and evaluation and finally realize the ability of completing production task and improving standards.
