摘要
高职院青年教师是高职整体师资队伍的新鲜血液,队伍建设关键是如何规划教师的专业发展。青年教师专业发展遵循多元化的导向,满足个性化发展的需求,使他们明确目标,形成清晰的职业规划,这对于他们综合专业素质的培养与提升,个人晋升以至人生规划等具有重要作用。
Young teachers are the fresh blood to the overall teaching team in vocational colleges. The key to the team construction is how to plan teachers' professional development. The professional development of young teachers should adhere to the diversified orientation and meet the needs of personalized development so that they can define the goals and form clear career planning, which will play an important role for the cultivation and improvement of their comprehensive professional quality, personal promotion and even life planning.
