摘要
为了减小封边机板坯进给系统主动链轮的应力集中,改善链轮受力状况,延长链轮使用寿命,对主动链轮进行理论载荷计算,利用ANSYS Workbench分析软件对其进行静力学分析,再根据分析结果确定应力集中部位。经分析,主动链轮和滚子啮合部位应力较为集中,故以减小最大接触应力为目标函数对链轮齿槽进行结构尺寸优化。通过适当调整链轮齿槽的设计参数,主动链轮的应力集中现象得以明显改善。
In order to reduce stress concentration of the driving sprocket of slab feed system of edge banding machine, improving its situation by force, and extending service life of sprocket, the theoretical load of the drive sprocket was calculated and analyzed by software ANSYS Workbench, then determining the stress concentration portion thnough the analysis results. Results show that the engaging parts, stress of the drive sprockets and rollers are more concentrated, so as to reduce the maximum contact stress as the objective function to optimize structural size of the sprocket alveolar; the stress concentration of drive sprocket can be significantly improved by appropriately adjusting the design parameters of the sprocket tooth groove.
