摘要
通过对X型相贯节点支管在轴压力、平面内弯矩、平面外弯矩共同作用下的极限承载力的试验研究,对节点加载过程中应力发展过程及位移变化进行分析。结果表明:通过对支管施加偏心荷载能够有效地模拟节点承受轴力、平面内弯矩、平面外弯矩的共同作用。节点区主管的局部屈曲是X型相贯节点的破坏模式。节点区主管部分区域在材料达到屈服强度前,应变已经呈现明显非线性。采用Eurocode 3中X型节点的承载力验算公式对支管承受轴力、平面内弯矩、平面外弯矩共同作用的X型相贯节点进行验算是可行的,验算表明节点是安全且偏保守的。
Through the test on the ultimate capacity of the X-joint with the branch bearing axial force,in-plane moment and out-plane moment,the stress developing process and the displacement of the joint were analyzed under the loading. The results showed that the axial force and moment could be simulated by the eccentricity loading on the branch. The local buckling of chord in joint zone was the failure mode of X-joint. The strain of some of the chord in zone was significantly nonlinear before the material yield. Using the Eurocode 3 specification formulas of X-joint to check the X-joint bearing the axial force and moment was feasible and conservative.
