摘要
为研究补强板和型钢板叠合穿孔、补强板仅围焊连接的这种新型补强方式的有效性,对3个型钢梁-穿孔补强柱节点进行拟静力低周反复试验及有限元模拟分析。变化节点尺寸,对型钢梁-穿孔补强柱节点及其对应的不穿孔节点、穿孔不补强节点进行有限元分析比较。试验及有限元分析结果表明:该补强方式下,型钢梁-穿孔补强柱节点的穿孔型钢和补强板能一起较好地共同工作,补强板未发生明显拱曲变形,节点的抗震性能良好;节点的承载力和延性相对于相同条件下未穿孔型钢梁柱节点不降低;当节点核心区不是结构的薄弱部位时,节点核心区型钢穿孔及补强方式对节点力学性能的影响减小。综合考虑穿孔补强方式的施工方便性及补强效果,这种新型补强方式具有较好的实用性。
To investigate the effectiveness of a new kind of strengthening method for perforated shaped steel plate,namely the reinforcement plate is perforated with the steel plate together and then welded around the steel plate,pesudo-static tests and finite element simulation analysis were conducted on three shaped steel beam-strengthened perforated column joints. After dimensions of the joint model varied,finite element analysis was carried out on the strengthened perforated joint and its corresponding imperforated joint and unstrengthened perforated joint. The test and analysis results indicated that the reinforcement plate and perforated plate could work well together,and no notable buckling was found at the reinforcement plate,and the joint strengthened using this method provided good seismic performance. The load bearing capacity and ductility of the strengthened perforated joints were not lower than that of corresponding imperforated joints. When the joint core is not the weak link of a structure,the influence of perforating and strengthening on the mechanical performance of the joint would be decreased. In view of construction convenience and good strengthening effect,the new method for perforating and strengthening shaped steel plate can be applied to engineering practice.
