摘要
为了解圆钢管再生混凝土短柱的承载力性能,对11根试件进行轴压承载力试验,考虑的主要因素包括废弃混凝土掺入量、废弃混凝土强度、膨胀剂掺入量和钢筋配置情况。试验结果表明:在再生混凝土中掺入同强度的废弃混凝土,掺入量达50%时,试件的轴压承载力下降较小,幅度在5%以内;掺入较低强度等级的废弃混凝土,掺入量为30%,试件承载力下降超过10%;膨胀剂掺入量达水泥用量的10%时,试件承载力提升较明显;试件中配置纵向钢筋,利于构件承载力的提高。最后提出了承载力实用计算式,其计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。
It was studied the bearing capacity of recycled concrete-filled circular steel tubular short columns by axial compressive tests of 11 columns specimens,and the main factors such as incorporation ratio of waste concrete,compression strength of waste concrete,mix percentage of swelling reagent and rebar allocation were taken into account. Experimental results indicated that recycled concrete-filled circular steel tubular short columns with the same strength grade waste concrete and the incorporation ratio near to 50% could maintain bearing capacity which was decreased by less than 5%; the bearing capacity of the columns with lower strength grade waste concrete and incorporation ratio near to 30% would be decreased by more than 10%; their capacity could be improved obviously if incorporation ratio of swelling reagent to the usage of cement was 10%; when the tubular short columns with longitudinal rebar would increased their capacity significantly. The calculation results proposed practical calculation formula of recycled concrete-filled circular steel tubular short columns agreed well with test results.
