Research on Turning Gears Testing Facilities of Low-speed Diesel Engine

设计开发了一套由计算机数据采集系统控制的盘车机试验装置。介绍了该盘车机试验装置的功能、原理和结构,重点介绍了试验装置的测控系统。试验验证表明:该盘车机试验装置使用方便、可靠,能准确模拟盘车机的实际运行工况,为新型盘车机的研制创造了良好的条件。

A set of turning gears testing facilities controlled by computer data acquisition system was de-veloped. The function, principle and structure of the testing facilities were introduced, especially themeasurement and control system. The results showed the set of turning gears testing facilities is conven-ient and reliable, and the actual working condition could be simulated exactly, which creates favorableconditions for the development of new turning gear.
