摘要
采用田间小区试验和田间大区示范试验方法,探讨了磷细菌剂与化肥配施对小豆的生长发育及产品品质的影响。田间小区试验结果表明,化肥减量施用增施磷细菌剂可明显促进小豆生长发育和改善小豆产品品质。综合成本和环境效益因素,推荐在化肥减半施入,即N 30kg/hm2,P2O537.5kg/hm2,K2O 37.5kg/hm2的情况下,增施磷细菌剂75-90kg/hm2,拌种施入。推荐处理(M3b)比对照(M0)的百粒重、蛋白质含量、出沙率分别高4.2%、9.3%、7.8%。田间大区示范结果表明,配施磷细菌剂处理比对照百粒重、小区产量、蛋白质含量和出沙率分别提高了4.9%,8.5%,7.9%和11.7%,纯收益提高10.6%,产投比提高38.6%。氮磷钾养分的偏生产力均提高了1倍以上。
Based on field micro-plot experiment and larger scale field experiment,effects of phosphorus bacteria agent and fertilizer combination on growth traits and quality of adzuki bean were discussed.The result of field micro-plot experiment showed that reducing fertilizer application and increasing phosphorus bacteria agent can promote the growth of adzuki bean,improve the quality.In the case of N 30kg/hm2,P2O537.5kg/hm2,K2 O 37.5kg/hm2,increas phosphorus bacteria agent 75-90kg/hm2.The weight,protein content and paste rate of treatment M3 bwere 4.2%、9.3% and 7.8% higher than M0.The result of larger field showed that the weight,yield,protein content and paste rate were 4.9%,8.5%,7.9% and 11.7%higher in case of increase phosphorus bacteria agent.The income and ration of output to input were 10.6%,38.6% higher.PFP had more than double.
