摘要
为有效利用高速铁路进行弹药运输远程机动保障和应急保障,从军事运输、危险货物运输及弹药保障的角度,论述了开展弹药铁路快速运输的重要意义,提出了开展弹药铁路快速运输的整体构想、研究思路和基本过程,分析了运输模式、运输环境、装运技术及相关法规制度等关键问题。
To carry out long-distance mobile support and emergency guarantee in ammunition transportation with highspeed railway effectively,the paper elaborates the significance of ammunition rapid transportation with high-speed railway from the point of military transportation,dangerous goods transport and ammunition support,and proposes overall conception,research thought and main process of ammunition rapid transportation. It also analyzes transportation mode,environment,technique and related laws and regulations.
