摘要
为研究军用轮胎表面喷涂聚氨酯涂料后的防老化性能,进行了典型环境下的加速老化试验,测试了胎料老化后的性能。加速老化试验结果表明:喷涂防老化聚氨酯涂料后的胎料表面完整,聚氨酯涂料与胎料间的附着良好,与未喷涂聚氨酯涂料的胎料相比较,拉伸强度及断裂伸长率分别高出20%和30%以上。说明轮胎经喷涂防老化聚氨酯涂料后,将延缓轮胎的老化,有利于延长轮胎的储存寿命和使用寿命。
To study the anti-aging performance of military tires with polyurethane coating,the paper conducts an accelerated aging test under typical environment and tests the performance of aging materials. The result shows that the surface of the tires with polyurethane coating is in good condition and the coating adheres to the tire well,and the tensile strength and breaking elongation increase by more than 20% and 30% compared with that of tires without polyurethane coating. This indicates that polyurethane coating can postpone aging of tires and is helpful to lengthen storage and service life of tires.
