“一带一路”战略下广东-东盟互联互通货运通道建设对策的探讨

Discussion on Countermeasures of Constructing Guangdong-ASEAN Interoperability Freight Corridor under “the Belt and Road” Strategy

在"一带一路"战略背景下,以广东绿色货运融入中国-东盟自贸区发展为着眼点,在分析广东-东盟国际运输大通道构成的基础上,提出广东-东盟互联互通货运通道建设对策,即加强广东-东盟交通基础设施互联互通、推进多式联运互联互通、强化运输资源信息共享、建立互联互通运行机制。

Under the background of ＂the silk road economic belt and the 21st-century maritime silk road＂（＂the Belt and Road＂） Strategy, taking focus on Guangdong green freight transportation entering into China-ASEAN FTA development, based on analyzing the composition of Guangdong-ASEAN international transport corridor, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of constructing GuangdongASEAN interoperability freight corridor, which means strengthening interoperability of GuangdongASEAN traffic infrastructure, promoting interoperability of inter-model transportation, enhancing information share of transport resource and establishing operation mechanism of interoperability.
