Discussion on Increasing the Use Quality of Railway Carrying Capacity

在阐述国内外铁路线路通过能力利用现状的基础上,针对目前我国铁路线路通过能力利用质量亟需提高的问题,分析运输组织模式、货运产品、列车运行图等物流化条件下通过能力利用质量影响因素,提出我国物流化条件下线路通过能力利用模式与通过能力消耗的基本思路与计算方法,并结合基础设施占用时间、缓冲时间、天窗时间等参数分析探讨物流化条件下铁路提高铁路线路通过能力利用质量的建议。

Based on expounding use status of railway carrying capacity in China and foreign countries, targeting with current use quality of railway carrying capacity in China needs increasing, this paper analyzes influence factors of the use quality under logistic conditions like transport organization mode, freight transport products and train working diagram, puts forward the use modes of railway carrying capacity as well as the basic idea and calculation method of carrying capacity consumption under the logistic conditions, and then, discusses the suggestions of increasing use quality of railway carrying capacity under logistic conditions by combining the parameters including holding time of infrastructure, buffer time and block time of maintenance window.
