Safety Risk Prevention and Control of Gantry Crane Disassembly and Assembly Process in Freight Yard

在铁路货场内进行门式起重机拆装过程中安全危险源点较多,容易发生安全事故。结合修造企业在门式起重机新造、修理、搬迁时的拆装过程实际,从基础管理、安全风险评价、过程控制等环节分析存在的问题,提出加强拆装基础管理、健全安全风险评价和强化拆装过程控制等对策,从而达到铁路货场门式起重机拆装过程的安全风险预防与控制。

There are many dangerous resources in gantry crane disassembly and assembly process inside railway freight yard, which easily causes accidents. Combining with actual practice of gantry crane disassembly and assembly process by build and repair enterprises when newly building, repairing and moving crane, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process from the links including basic management, safety risk evaluation and process control, and puts forward the countermeasures such as strengthening basic management of disassembly and assembly, completing the safety risk evaluation and enhancing the control of disassembly and assembly process, so as to achieve safety risk prevention and control of the process in railway freight yard.
