摘要
对不同环境下中国林蛙(Rana chensinensis)越冬群组的肥满度、肝系数、红细胞数量、血红蛋白含量等生理指标进行测定与分析.结果表明:越冬前后,不同环境群组及不同性别群组之间肥满度、红细胞数量及血红蛋白含量差异并不显著(P>0.05);除自然河流越冬雌性组在越冬前后肝系数无显著变化外,其他各群组的肝系数在越冬后均明显降低(P<0.05).初步推断,肝脏营养物质的消耗对维持中国林蛙冬眠具有重要意义.
The physiological indices including relative fatness,liver coefficient,red blood cell count and hemoglobin content of Rana chensinensis in different hibernation habitat were detected and analyzed. The results showed that there are no significant differences in relative fatness,red blood cell count and hemoglobin content among different habitat groups and between different sexual groups( P〉0. 05). However,the liver coefficient decreased after hibernation in most groups except for the female group in normal river. In conclusion,the consumption of nutrients in the liver has important significance for the maintenance of the life during hibernation.
