油页岩粉末替代矿粉的沥青混合料水稳定性 被引量:3

摘要 沥青混合料中的矿粉可以起到填充和增加沥青与集料黏结力的作用,油页岩灰渣是工业废料,若能用于土木工程材料中则可以实现利废的目的.以油页岩电厂灰粉末为原料,按50%,75%,100%3种掺配比部分或全部替代矿粉,通过沥青混合料水稳定性试验,研究油页岩灰渣用于沥青混合料的可行性.结果表明:按3种掺配比配制的沥青混合料水稳定性指标均为合格,其中按50%掺配时的水稳定性要优于75%和100%两个掺配比. Mineral powder in bituminous mixture has the influence of filling and increasing the bond force of bitumen and aggregates. As we all know,oil shale ash is industrial waste,however,it will realize the purpose of utilizing industrial waste if we use oil shale ash in civil engineering material. Taking shale coal ash powder as raw material,3 kinds of mixing ratio by 50%,75%,100% instead of part or all of the alternative mineral powder,the feasibility of oil shale ash used in asphalt mixture is studied through the asphalt mixture water stability test.Results show that the asphalt mixture water stability index with three kinds of mixing ratios are qualified,the water stability according to 50% blending is better than other mixing ratios of 75% and 100%.
