膝内外翻振动矫形康复仪矫正机构控制系统设计与优化

摘要 膝内外翻康复一直是医学矫正的难题.针对传统康复仪监测频次低、反馈不及时、控制精度差、数据采集不全等缺点,以矫正部分机械结构的优化为切入点,设计了一台集信息技术、单片机控制技术、传感器监测技术于一体的智能康复仪,确保人体矫正的运动功能和工作可靠性,具有安全可靠、经济实用、配置优化等优点,以及非常广阔的市场应用前景和医学研究价值. Inside and outside the knee over the rehabilitation has been orthodontic thorny problem,aiming at the traditional rehabilitation instrument monitoring frequency low,feedback is not timely,control precision,data acquisition is not congruent shortcomings,the author corrects part of the mechanical structure optimization for starting point,designs a set of information technology,the single chip microcomputer control technology,sensor monitoring technology of the intelligent rehabilitation instrument,which ensures the correction of human movement function and working reliability with safe,reliable,economical and practical,optimizes the allocation of advantages,has a very broad application prospect in the market and the medical research value.
