摘要
《周易》犯罪预防的理论内容非常丰富。就政治层面而言,《周易》主张惩恶扬善,顺势而为;就经济层面而言,《周易》告诫统治者应该节以制度,不伤财,不害民;就法律层面而言,《周易》主张通过对犯罪者施以必要的惩罚,预防犯罪者再次犯罪,同时以儆效尤,防止他人走上犯罪的道路。从个人防范角度来看,《周易》认为,个人要从小养成良好的行为习惯,同时,也要做好犯罪的防范工作,不使犯罪分子产生犯罪动机,不给犯罪分子提供犯罪机会。
Zhouyi is rich in ideas about crime prevention, such as, in terms of politics, virtue to be rewarded and vice punished, going with the flow; in terms of economics, the book warns the rulers to restrain themselves in constitutions, with no harm to properties and the people; in respect of law, it advocates necessary punishment for offenders to prevent successive crimes and warns others of committing crimes. From a personal prevention point of view, Zhouyi indicates that individuals should cultivate good habits from an early age,that we should also do preventive work and give no chances of motives to criminals.
