农民社会参与主要途径探析

The Main Way of Social Participation of Farmers

本研究通过问卷调查的方式了解洛阳农村居民社会参与的现状,以维权作为观测农村居民社会参与的主要窗口,以此对农村社会参与途径进行深入探析。研究发现:随着农村社会结构的变化,传统的农村社会参与途径日渐消解,而新的参与途径尚未建立;村委会是农村社会治理的重要组织载体;真正的依法治理在农村并未实现。这些变化都不利于农村社会自治的发展。

According to the investigation on Luoyang rural residents,this paper makes a study of rural residents,social participation way. This study has nosed out some facts. Firstly,the conventional social participation way is disappearing and new way is not coming.Secondly,village committee is the main way of realizing social governance. Lastly,governance by law in the rural area is still a future goal. All of these changes are not conducive to the development of rural social autonomy.
