This paper makes a necessary analysis on the transformation and upgrading of Sichuan-tea industry from the following perspective： the value of industrial chains,innovation driven,quality monitoring,and it points out that the Sichuan-tea are faced with the problems in the process of transformation and upgrading,so the paper puts forward some measures.
