信阳农地适度规模经营现状及制约因素分析

Analysis on the Situation and Restriction Factors of Agriculture Development on the Moderate Scale in Xinyang

对河南省信阳市农村土地流转及适度规模经营情况的调研发现,信阳农地适度规模经营发展较快,但总体水平偏低。传统思想观念的影响、农村土地流转机制不完善、有效劳动力供给不足、农村金融体系不健全、农村社会保障体系不完善、农村社会化服务体系不完备是制约信阳农地适度规模经营的主要因素。

Based on the research on the situation of agriculture development on the moderate scale in Xinyang,it found that the agriculture development on the moderate scale in Xinyang is fast,but the overall level is still low. The main restriction factors are the influence of traditional concept,lack of effective labor supply,poor circulation of land,the defective of rural financial system and the imperfection of rural social service system.
