盐碱胁迫下高羊茅种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的变化 被引量:4

摘要 为明确盐碱胁迫对高羊茅种子萌发及幼苗生理指标的影响,将中性盐Na Cl、Na2SO4和碱性盐Na2CO3按照2:1:1的比例混合,测定幼苗的苗长、根长、生物量及生理指标等。结果表明,随着盐碱浓度的增大,高羊茅植株的苗长、根长、植株生物量呈逐渐降低的趋势,叶片中可溶性糖含量、MDA呈现逐渐升高的趋势,叶绿素含量呈现先升后降的趋势。 In order to clear salinity-alkalinity stress on germination and seedling physiological indexes of tall fescue,according to the ratio of 2: 1: 1,the neutral salt Na Cl and Na2SO4 and alkaline salt Na2CO3 were mixed to determine the seedling length,root length,seedling biomass and physiological indexes,etc. The results show that with the increase of salt concentration,the seedling length,root length,plant biomass of tall fescue plant showed a trend of gradually reducing,soluble sugar content and MDA in leaf showed a trend of gradually increasing,the chlorophyll content showed a trend of first increased and later lowered.
