摘要 多普勒超声诊断技术,是一种无身体危害、无放射性损伤的活体临床诊断方法,是医学影像技术的重要内容之一。该诊断技术现已广泛用于人体临床医学疾病的诊断和畜牧兽医领域,但在水生动物领域应用不广,而在渔业资源保护、亲本的性别鉴定、繁殖能力和发育状况的评估,活体诊断技术是必要的。笔者用My Lab20Plus超声诊断仪对鲶鱼内脏及性腺发育进行了实验观察及解剖对照,并详细记录了实验的结果,分析了实验动物的超声影像图。 Doppler ultrasound diagnostic technique,is a kind of no physical harm,no radioactive damage in vivo clinical diagnostic methods,and is one of the important contents of medical imaging technology. The diagnosis technology has been widely used in human clinical disease diagnosis,and also has been applied in the field of animal husbandry and veterinary,but it is not widely used in the field of aquatic animals. In fact,it is necessary to use this technology in aquaculture and species protection,gender identification and reproductive ability of the parents and the status of the development of evaluation. The author used My Lab20 Plus ultrasonic diagnostic instrument for catfish viscera and anatomy of gonad development to carry on the experimental observation and control. This paper details the experimental results,and analyzes the development status of experimental animals.
