摘要
"慕课"是信息技术与高等教育深度融合的的产物,即一种新的"在线课程开发教学"模式。它的出现不仅改变了高师院校教师原有的教学模式,也使其教学能力中的教学认知、操作及监控能力都面临着不同挑战。通过对"慕课"的分析,不断深化课堂教学,实现对学生的私人订制,采用多样评价方式等多种有效途径,帮助教师应对挑战、提升教学能力。
MOOC is a product of the depth,integration of information technology and higher education,namely a kind of new mode of developing online course. It not only changed the original teaching mode of normal colleges and universities’ teachers,but also made the teaching ability in the teaching of cognitive,operation and monitoring capabilities face with different challenges. Through analyzing the lesson desire,and constantly deeping the classroom teaching,adopting effective ways such as various evaluation ways we can help teachers improve teaching ability.
