权力距离影响下的政府领导方式研究

Research on Government Leadership under the Influence of Power Distance

改革开放以来,影响我国权力距离的文化传统、市场经济发展水平、受教育水平等要素都发生了巨大变化,我国社会的权力距离较之前也发生了很大变化。然而政府领导方式却没有随之转变,以致各种社会矛盾和冲突频发。因此,政府领导方式应随着权力距离变化的趋势而做出相应的转变。

Since the reform and opening up,the cultural tradition,the level of market economy development,the education level and other factors affecting Chinese power distance have changed greatly. The power distance of China＇s society has also changed significantly compared with before. However,the government leadership has not changed accordingly,resulting in a variety of frequent social contradictions and conflicts. Therefore,the government leadership should make corresponding changes with the change of power distance.
