广西家庭农场适度规模的测算研究

Measure of the Appropriate Scale of Family Farms in Guangxi Province

发展家庭农场是发展现代农业、提高农业集约化经营水平的重要途径,适度规模的家庭农场将成为未来中国农业的基本经营主体。以广西贵港市为研究点,运用生产函数模型测算出家庭农场的适度规模为6.08ha,即在现有的经济技术条件下,6.08公顷左右的土地经营规模经济效益是最佳的。按此规模计算,如果广西充分发展家庭农场,在未来的五年内形成家庭农场、农民合作社和专业大户"三足鼎立"的农业生产经营主体格局。基于此,今后广西省应大力发展二三产业,加速推进土地流转;加快农民工市民化步伐;加大政策与资金的扶持力度,以此鼓励和引导发展适度规模家庭农场。

Developing family farms is an important way to develop modern agriculture and the increase of agricultural intensive management. Family farms of appropriate scale will become the basic operational body of Chinese agriculture tomorrow. Taking Guigang in Guangxi as an example with the use of production function model, the study estimates that the modest scale of family farms is 6.08 ha, in other words, under current economic and technological conditions, the economic benefits of operational scale about 6.08 hectares of land is the best. Based on this calculation, if Guangxi develops family farms fully, a three-pillar pattern of agricultural production and operation will form the shape in the next five years, including family farms, farmers＇ cooperatives and large-scale professional growers. In this connection, Guangxi province should vigorously develop secondary and tertiary industries, accelerate the land transfer, speed up the process for migrant worker＇s citizenship, and increase support policies and funding to encourage and guide the development of appropriate scale family farms.
