摘要 企业管理者特征及其行为决策在公司治理中的功能和作用日益突出,其对企业内部成本费用的管理方案和调整策略亦不容忽视。通过以国有企业与非国有企业管理者为研究主体,有效结合会计学、心理学和行为金融学的相关理论,着重考察不同产权背景企业中管理者的心理特征对成本费用的调节机制及其对成本费用粘性的影响效果,得出结论:相对于非国有企业,国有企业的管理者在决策时由于更加自信,因此导致了国有企业更高的成本粘性。研究旨在为深化认识企业管理者的成本管理策略、优化成本结构、提高公司治理效率提供有益参考。 Characteristics and behavior of managers play increasingly prominent role in decision-making and corporate governance and in internal cost management and strategic adjustment as well. Taking managers of state-owned enterprises and non-state-owned enterprises as the research subject with an effective integration of theories in accounting, psychology and behavioral finance, the study focuses on the cost regulatory mechanism and the impact on the stickiness of the cost of the psychological characteristics of the managers. It concludes that compared to non-state-owned enterprises, managers in state-owned enterprises are more confident in decision-making, thus leading to higher cost stickiness. The study aims to provide a useful reference for deepening the understanding of enterprise managers in creating cost management strategies, for optimizing cost structure and for improving the efficiency of corporate governance.
