系统性红斑狼疮合并马尔尼菲青霉病一例并文献复习 被引量:2

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者由于需要长期应用免疫抑制剂治疗,易引起各种机会性感染,但合并马尔尼菲青霉病(PSM)少见,现报道1例并文献复习,总结其临床特征及治疗经验,以提高临床医生对其的认识水平。
