系统性红斑狼疮合并马尔尼菲青霉病一例并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者由于需要长期应用免疫抑制剂治疗，易引起各种机会性感染，但合并马尔尼菲青霉病（PSM）少见，现报道1例并文献复习，总结其临床特征及治疗经验，以提高临床医生对其的认识水平。
