血管紧张素-(1-7)在动脉粥样硬化中的作用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 肾素-血管紧张素系统(renin—angiotensinsystem,RAS)是维持人体生理稳态的一种重要调节器,它在心血管疾病的发生发展中起着重要作用。这一系统近来发现了血管紧张素Ⅲ、血管紧张素-(1-9)、alamandine等活性物质。而其中最为人们所熟知的成员血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngiotensinⅡ,AngⅡ)存在收缩血管、致心肌肥厚、致心肌纤维化及致动脉粥样硬化的作用。
