职教师资专业大学生创业实践的研究

文章对有关大学生创业的内涵、大学生创业的现状、大学生创业的影响因素、大学生创业的促进对策与措施的研究状况进行了回顾性综述,认为在研究的总体上具有定性、抽象、理论研究多,定量、实证、案例研究少的特点。因此,在今后的研究中,需要构建、实证和确定出创业的本质属性及其结构模型,需要采用更多新的研究方法和技术来确定影响职教师资专业大学生创业的因素及它们之间的深层次关系,需要通过更多的实验与实证途径来解决职教师资专业大学生创业的实践效度问题。

The paper reviews and summarizes the research condition of the connotation, influencing factors, im-proving measures of college students enterprising, showing that the research is characterized with being qualitative,qualitative, abstract, and having many theoretical researches and less empirical studies and cases as a whole. There-fore, in the future research, it will be necessary to construct, prove and determine the essential attribute and thestructural model of enterprising, to use more new research methods and techniques to determine the factors that in-fluence enterprising of the students majored in vocational education teachers and the deep relationship among thefactors, to solve the problems of practical validity in the enterprising of the students majored in vocational educationteachers through more experiments and the empirical approaches.
