摘要
针对目前应用型本科院校思路不清、办法不多导致教学低效的问题,文章引入有效教学的理论和方法,从有效教学的有效果、有效率、有效益三个维度入手,揭示了应用型本科院校的有效教学在五个方面的特征,以增进教学目标对社会需求的满足度、教学体系与培养目标的契合度、教学内容与实践能力培养的关联度、教学模式与能力提高的紧密度、考核方式对知识应用能力的贡献度。
On account of the present situation in application-oriented university that the idea was not clear, theway was not much, leading to the inefficiency of teaching problems, this paper introduces the theory and methods ofeffective teaching, reveals five aspects of characteristics of effective teaching in application-oriented university fromthree dimensions of being effective, cost-effective, efficient, in order to enhance the satisfaction of the society onthe talents, the fitness of teaching system and the training target, the correlation of teaching content and developingpractice abiiity, the tightness of teaching mode and the ability improvement, the contribution of examination way tothe knowledge application ability.
