摘要
生物化学与分子生物学是生物、医学等相关专业的重要基础课程,课程内容抽象繁杂、晦涩难懂。在传统平铺直叙的课堂讲授形式下,学生对课程知识的掌握效果往往不佳。教师实验演示时间过短或过长也不利于学生实验的顺利开展。微课教学灵活机动,内容短小精悍,将其应用于生物化学与分子生物学的教学实践,能帮助学生合理有效地利用课余时间,发挥学生的自主性,解决课程学时少与教学内容多的矛盾,提高学习质量,促进教学相长。
Biochemistry and molecular biology is one of the core courses of biology and medicine, and the con-tent of the course is abstract, complicated and unintelligible. The learning effect is poor when teachers illustrate onlyin a simple and straightforward way of using the traditional methods. The result of the experiment would be affectedwhen teacher spend much more or much less time to demonstrate the operating procedure. The micro course is rela-tively short, precise and flexible. It will help students to use their free time wisely and learn more knowledge. Italso will promote the students" study quality and teachers" teaching level simultaneously.
