土木工程专业“卓越计划”企业学习阶段教学实践与探索

文章以一所地方普通高等院校"卓越计划"试点班的企业学习阶段教学实践为例,总结在实施基于"卓越计划"的创新型土木工程人才培养中组织企业课程教学、指导毕业设计和实习的经验,提出企业学习阶段的教学应以健全的双师型队伍和良好的深度合作企业群为基础,采用"请进来"和"走出去"的双向组织形式,从而丰富校企联合培养模式,助推卓越计划的目标达成。

This paper takes ＂enterprise learning＂ in Civil Engineering ＂excellent plan＂ of a local ordinary insti- tute as an example, and summarizes the experiences of the organization enterprise course teaching, graduation design and practice guidance for the innovation of civil engineering talents cultivation based on ＂excellence plan＂. It con- siders that the teaching of ＂enterprise learning＂ stage should be based on a sound dual division team and a good cooperative enterprise group,with ＂please come in＂ and ＂go out＂ two-way organizational form, in order to enrich the school enterprise joint training model, and achieve thegoals of ＂excellent plan＂.
