基于教师技能大赛对教学团队的积极影响浅议提升专业师资队伍建设的方法

文章通过对教师参加全国高职院校教师行业技能大赛的准备、过程及结果分析,主要从教师筹备比赛的知识储备,比赛过程中的精神力提升,教师的实战经验积累,到比赛结束后的经验总结,成果转化进行分析论证,探讨参加技能大赛对专业师资队伍建设的积极影响,从而得出高职院校在实践教学改革过程中提升教学团队整体水平的另一种可行性,并提出具体实施方法。

Abstract： This article analyzes the preparation, process of taking part in thenational vocational college teachers＂ professional skills competition and the results, mainly discusses its active influence on the construction of the teach- ing stafffrom reserving knowledge of the teachers for the competition, promoting the spirit in the competition, accu- mulating the experience in the competition, to summarizing the experience after the competition and the achievement transforming, providing another feasibilityand the concrete implementation method to improve the overall teaching lev- el of the staff in the practical reform in vocational colleges.
