摘要
研究性学习是实现高等教育人才培养目标的需要,它作为一种全新的课程教学方法,给高校思政课带来的是一场教育理念的更新、教学方式的变革,对教师角色意识和教学能力提出了更高的要求。文章认为高校思政课教师要与时俱进适应新形势,认识到研究性学习的价值和意义,全方位、多层次开展研究性学习教学,并从四个方面探索高校思政课教师提升研究性学习教学能力的途径,以此推进教学改革与创新,激发大学生学习的主动性、积极性,提高他们的研究能力、学习能力和创新能力,发展综合运用知识的能力,增进学校与社会的密切联系,培养学生的社会责任感,从而充分发挥高校思政课教师的育人作用。
As a new teaching method, research study, a need to achieve higher school talenttraining goal, bringseducation courses in colleges and universities the update education concept and change in the way of teaching, pro-viding higher requirements for teachers" teaching awarenessand teaching ability. This paper figures out that teachersof education courses in colleges should adapt to the new situation, recognize the value and significance of researchlearning, do all-round, multi-level research teaching, and explore the ways of improving their ability of researchlearning and teaching from four aspects, so as to promote education reform and innovation, stimulate college studentslearning initiative, enthusiasm, enhance their research, learning ability and creative ability, the ability to develop theintegrated use of knowledge to enhance close ties between schools and society, and cultivate social responsibility ofs-tudents, thus the teachers can fully play the educating role.
