浅谈我国高职院校辅导员队伍的职业化

我国高职院校辅导员是高职院校大学生成长道路的直接引导者,在日常的教育教学过程中承担着学生思想政治教育以及学生日常学习和生活的管理工作,也就是说,对于广大高职院校大学生来说,辅导员是与他们生活和学习最密切的教师。辅导员水平的高低,队伍建设的好坏直接影响着我国高职院校大学生的思想水平。为了进一步提升我国高职院校辅导员的工作水平,更好地为高职院校大学生服务,我们有必要实现辅导员的职业化。文章以我国高职院校辅导员工作的现状为切入点,系统的阐述了高职院校辅导员队伍的职业化路径。

Vocational college counselors in China are direct guides for the students in higher vocational col-leges, and they educate the students and manage their study and life in the teaching process everyday. Namely, thecounselors are their closest teachers with their lives and learning for all the college students. The level of coun-selors and the team construction directly affect the ideological level of the students in higher vocational colleges inour country. In order to further improve the counselors＂ work in higher vocational colleges and better service for thestudents in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary for us to realize the professionalization of counselors. The pa＂per systematically describes the professional path of counselors team in the higher vocational colleges based on cur-rent situation of the counselors＂ work in higher vocational colleges.
