浅析高校教师职业道德中存在的问题及对策

随着高等教育的市场化、国际化和大众化,我国高校教师的职业道德日益凸现出一些问题。这些问题的存在对高等教育事业及整个社会的发展都具有消极影响。因此,要从氛围营造、培养教育、制度管理几方面入手,加强高校教师的职业道德建设。

With the marketization, internationalization and popularization of higher education, there are more andmore problems of university teachers＂ professional ethics in our country. These problems have a negative impact onthe development of higher education and the whole society. Therefore, it needs creating atmosphere, cultivating edu-cation and managing systematically to strengthen the professional ethics of university teachers.
