摘要
从高校、政府、就业市场、用人单位四大要素分析了台湾高校学生就业指导服务体系的架构形式,又从主体介入方式、信息交流形式、激励政策类型、资源整合方法四个维度分析了其内在协作运行机制。通过借鉴台湾地区大学生就业指导服务体系及其运作机制,对内地高校就业指导与服务工作进行改善,提出人才培养与市场需求均衡发展、搭建全程化的职业指导平台、构建校企协同培养平台、搭建创新创业服务平台等有益借鉴,这在当前我国经济下行压力持续加大以及企业效益下滑的背景下,对缓解内地大学毕业生就业压力,推动学生创新创业工作具有积极意义。
From four elements including universities, government, labor market and employers, the paper analyzes employment guidance and service system of colleges in Taiwan. From the four dimensions including the intervention way of main body, form of information exchange, type of incentive policy and method of resource integration, it also analyzes the mechanism of internal function. By drawing on the experience of employment guidance system and operational mechanism from Taiwan's universities, the employment guidance and service in mainland universities should be improved. Finally it puts forward several references from mainland's colleges including training talents according to the market demand,building a whole-process platform of career guidance, building the platform for university-enterprise cooperation in personnel training, establishing a new service platform for innovation and pioneering and so forth. Under the background of the enlargement of the current economic downward pressure and the decline of enterprise efficiency. The research on the employment guidance service system and the internal operation mechanism of college has positive significance to relieve the pressure on employment of college graduates and promote college students innovative undertaking.
