高职院校毕业生就业质量提升策略——以宁波教育学院2014届毕业生就业质量调查为例 被引量:7

摘要 在经济增速放缓、下行压力持续加大、产业结构调整的背景下,进一步提升高校毕业生就业质量,对于实现毕业生高质量就业、促进学生创新创业动能、完善高校人才培养计划具有积极意义。在宏观经济压力持续加大、就业结构性矛盾依然突出以及就业率与招生专业设置应答机制缺失等压力之下,提出建立就业率对专业设置的反馈机制、推进毕业生就业指导服务体系建设以及加强就业帮扶等提高毕业生就业质量的举措。 With the slowing down of economic growth, the continuous increasing of descending pressure, and the adjustment of industrial structures, it is positively meaningful to further improve the employment quality of higher vocational college graduates as to promote students' motivation of innovation,realize their high-quality employment and perfect the professional development programs in higher vocational colleges. With the increasing pressure of macro economy, the acute structural imbalance of employment and a lack of the feedback system between the employment ratio and admission specialties, we propose several measures as setting up the feedback system of the employment ratio to the admission specialties, propelling the building of service system for employment and providing more help and so on.
