摘要
小学学习阶段是少年儿童习得社会规范的重要时期。在此阶段,学校教育给予学生的社会规范与学生的经验产生了矛盾。这种矛盾常导致学生问题行为的发生,如学习困难、情绪障碍和人际关系紧张等。学校、教师和家长应辩证看待学生品德矛盾;找准切入点,改善学生品德表现矛盾;有效深入,引导社会共建小学德育育人环境三方面,预防和矫正学生的问题行为。
Primary learning period is an important phase for children to learn about social norms.During the stage, the social norms provided by school education is in conflicts with the students' experience, which will lead to the problems of behavior on students such as study difficulties, emotional disorders and tense interpersonal relationships. Schools, teachers and parents should make preparations for this issue, and view the moral contradictions of students dialectically; search for appropriate entry point and improve the moral contradictions of students; take effective actions in depth, lead society to build the three aspects of primary moral education, educational function and environments together, so as to prevent and correct the problem behavior of students.
