中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的中心主题无疑就是富强,真正的富强是软硬两个层面整合的结果。在软的层面,文化无疑是富强的无形的支撑体,在这个意义上,富强的实践演绎也可说成是文化强国。作为具有悠久文明历史的国度,依凭中华民族传统美德来滋润其现代化建设是不可或缺的途径,而在中华传统美德的建设中,互助是必然的德目之一,是营建中华民族强大国力的发动机。

Prosperity is central topic of China dream to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Prosperity is the result of combination of 'soft' and 'hard'. In the respect of 'soft', culture is undoubtedly the invisible support to prosperity. In this sense, prosperity is the practical reflection of cultural power country. As a country with a long history of civilization, Chinese traditional virtues are integral to ensure success of modernization construction. Mutual-help is one necessary concept on ethics in construction of Chinese traditional virtues, which is the power to construct the great national strength.
