Analysis of Building Groundwater Monitoring System for A Large Refinery and Chemical Integration Project

鉴于我国地下水环境污染的严峻形势,以国内某炼化一体化项目为例,监测地下水水质变化情况,及时应对突发环境事件对地下水环境造成的影响,建立了地下水监测管理体系,构建了一套完善的运营管理制度,取得了良好的应用效果,对同类型企业有很好的借鉴和指导意义。

In view of the serious situation of groundwater pollution in China, this paper takes a domestic refinery and chemical integration project as an example, monitored the change of groundwater quality, timely responded to the impact caused by enviromnental emergencies on the groundwater environment, established a groundwater monitoring and management system, and constructed a set of complete operation management system. Finally the project has achieved good effects, and provided a very good reference and guidance for the same type of enterprises.
