As the major national strategy, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan region collaboration development is a systematic project. The paper analyzed some important measures on promoting the collaboration development, for example,easing the ＂non capital function＂,optimizing the layout of the cities,improving traffic and public service,enhancing the cooperation of industries and perfecting matched policy.
