摘要
军队院校作为培养高层次人才的基地,肩负着培养可应对新军事变革的中坚力量,即培养研究生的重要责任与使命。培养研究生创新能力是其一项新职能,而创新环境的营造是研究生创新能力发展的一个最重要因素。在班杜拉"三元交互"作用理论的指导下,提出了探索军队院校研究生创新环境培育之道,即紧跟前沿、坚持自主创新,有意增加研究生参与科研的机会;加强建设,夯实创新基础,努力营造浓厚的创新学术氛围;人文关怀,注重校园文化,构建刚性与柔性管理相结合机制;聚焦实战,坚持向部队靠拢,完善创新人才培养制度;积极整合军事教育资源,推进开放合作,协同育人。
As the training base of higher-level talents,military academies shoulder the important responsibility and mission of fostering the backbone(graduates)who can cope with the new military revolution.Cultivating graduates′innovation capability is a new task,and the construction of innovation environment is one of the most significant factors in graduate innovation capability development.Under the guidance of Bandura′s " Triadic Interaction Theory",the thesis intends to explore the way to the innovation environment cultivation of graduates in military academies.Firstly,the opportunities of graduates′participation in scientific research are increased intentionally by keeping in step with the academic frontier and adhering to the independent innovation;secondly,a flourishing innovation academic atmosphere is created by laying a solid innovation foundation;thirdly,the combination of rigid and flexible management mechanism is to be established by attaching importance to humanistic concern and campus culture;fourthly,the innovation talents fostering system is improved by focusing on the actual combat and being close to the army;finally,military education resources are integrated so as to encourage open cooperation and educate talents in coordination.
