摘要
某凹印机在生产过程中发现冷却辊存在设计缺陷,运行超过1年以后,冷却辊传动侧位置陆续出现异常的振动现象,造成机器故障停机。经过对冷却辊的解体与分析,找到故障产生的原因,通过对局部结构的加固改造,使问题得到解决。
A design flawin cooling roll of gravure press was discovered in the production process. After running for more than a year,the cooling roll was found to have abnormal vibration at the drive side,which caused machine downtime. After disassembling the cooling roll and with careful analysis,the cause of failure was discovered and the problem was solved by local structure reinforcement.
