摘要
经过磁选、热闷等工艺处理后的钢渣,其金属铁或铁的化合物、f-Ca O含量要减少很多,解决了钢渣易磨性和体积安定问题。用钢渣微粉取代部分水泥制备混凝土进行抗渗透、抗碳化和抗冻融实验。实验表明:随着钢渣粉掺量的增加,混凝土抗碳化效果得到提升;钢渣微粉掺量为20%时,混凝土抗渗透性(氯离子扩散系数、电通量)及抗冻性最佳。
The metal iron or iron compounds and f-Ca O content of steel slag was much less after the process of steel slag magnetic separation and fever treatment,and the problems of grindability and volume stability of steel slag were solved. The experiment of anti-permeability,carbonation resistance and freezethawresistance of concrete was carried out by using steel slag powder to replace part of cement. The experimental results showthat with the increase of the dosage of steel slag powder,the effect of concrete carbonation is getting better. When the steel slag fine powder content reaches 20%,anti-permeability( chloride ion diffusion coefficient,electric flux) and frost resistance of concrete were the best.
